So, a lot of the bikes we do are beautiful big charmers built to cruise along the Promenade with a basket on the front. But I always say it is vital to balance beauty and aesthetics with practicality. And for me a Roadster is the essence of this: roadsters, as we build them, are stripped down, nimble-wheeled, fleet-framed go-machines. They’re for dashing about town and carving through traffic whilst at the same time still adding some style and grace to the streets.
Roadsters feature 6 gears on a grip shift system for a wide range of gears quickly and easily accessible. They have no mudguards and maybe only a small circular chainguard to keep it light. They feature large circumference 27 x 1 1/4 wheels which roll swiftly but still offer a decent amount of bump absorption and pothole protection.
So, if a speedy commute is your milieu, then look no further than one of our rad little Roadster rides –
